Bullying!

Years ago, a friend of mine told me that she was victim of bullying and because of this now she is very shy and she doesn’t show her feelings. So, how can we manage this problem like future teachers?

The problem is related to the act when a person attacks to other principally using violence, in other words physical abuse.
The bullies, I mean the person who committed bullying describes a form of harassment. Due to this person represents a major dominance than the victim. Finally, the victims of bullying have a lot of emotional problems even they can hurt themselves until the death.

All settings in which exist interact with others is the precise place to create bullying, especially in schools because is where we can socialize since children until teenagers or in places where is no supervision.
The most important characteristic of bullying is the person who attacks refuses to socialize and criticizes the victim’s manners.

In a research published on the web, it explained that about 85% of bullying victims suffer long term psychological damage and stress related disease later in their lives.
A specialist said "If aggressive behaviour is not challenged in childhood, there is a danger that it may become habitual. Indeed, there is research evidence, to indicate that bullying during childhood puts children at risk of criminal behaviour and domestic violence in adulthood."

In my opinion we in a near future can create the conditions to change the childhood’s mind. Trough games, psychological assistance and going out. Because I think the bullying is a psychological problem. The attackers probably want to demonstrate their power because may be at home no one values them. All of us need to feel affection or there is someone who loves us.
